Step 4: Add server "Tunel" recommended GermanyDE1 (try also with "sort by ping")
Step 5: Advanced and mark "Disable nagle algorithm on client TCP_NODELAY" *This is premiun option that will reduce Lag more.

Optional You can mark "Enable chained server" this will allow you to pick 2 servers 1: near you (with low ping to you) and 2 : near server (server is on germany) .
